She is very knowledgeable, took care of all the details and inspections and was great at keeping me informed.  I’m 14 hours away and couldn’t have sold the house without her help.  I’m very impressed at her professionalism when dealing with a very high conflict, uncooperative occupant.  She still managed a job well done despite all the obstacles presented during this time.
