Working with Deborah & Lisa was the best experience….& THE only aspect of our long distance move that went smoothly. In large part, that is because of Deborah’s complete honesty & transparency as well as her thoroughness & communication! The only thing that she could have done to make it any better would have been to actually pack up & move our stuff 🤣
Both Deborah & Lisa were extremely personable, friendly, thoughtful & provided a level of service that you do NOT see in this day & age !

I so appreciate a job well done and wouldn’t hesitate to use or recommend Allison Petross, whether you’re buying or selling in the Julian area.  She is very knowledgeable, took care of all the details and inspections and was great at keeping me informed.  I’m 14 hours away and couldn’t have sold the house without her help.  I’m very impressed at her professionalism when dealing with a very high conflict, uncooperative occupant.  She still managed a job well done despite all the obstacles presented during this time.  I’m sure most in her position would not have persevered and I appreciate all she was able to accomplish.
